Your ticket includes access to the exhibits including listening rooms, the Exhibit Hall including the Record Fair, Ear Gear Experience, the Car Audio Showcase as well as educational seminars, live music, special events.

The Gold Pass is the ultimate AXPONA experience. Your Gold Pass includes: official AXPONA T-shirt, access to the AXPONA Gold Lounge, VIP check-in, Coat Check for coats and event purchases, refreshments, WiFi, and Happy Hour with wine and beer on Saturday, April 12 from 5:00 – 6:30 PM. Plus access to the Gold Hospitality Suite in the Hotel Tower, with seating, water, snacks and a restroom. Plus, Gold Pass Holders have a VIP line for the evening concerts so you can be the first to find your seat for the show!

We will have complimentary self-parking at the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel & Convention Center. Valet parking is available for a fee of $25 per day.

The first thing you need to do is go to REGISTRATION and get your badge which will give you access to all that AXPONA has to offer!

Then, pick up a copy of the EVENT GUIDE which will help you plan your time at the show.

There are exhibitor listening rooms in the Convention Center on Levels 1 and 2 and in the Hotel Tower on Levels 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 14, 15, and 16.

No, during show hours you can visit with any of the exhibitors in the listening rooms.

As long as you are visiting during show hours and you knock, the exhibitor will let you in.

While you are at the show the event guide that has an exhibitor index as well as exhibitor profiles. Event guides can be picked up at registration.

You can also download our mobile app to plan ahead and access the information while you’re at the show.
