ALERT! – Beware of Travel Scams – The Hyatt Regency, Wyndham Garden Schaumburg Chicago Northwest, Courtyard Chicago Schaumburg/Woodfield Mall, SpringHill Suites Chicago Schaumburg/Woodfield Mall, Residence Inn Chicago Schaumburg/Woodfield Mall and Renaissance Schaumburg are the official hotels of AXPONA. AXPONA nor it’s travel partners make outbound hotel solicitations. If this happens BEWARE OF A SCAM. From time to time, other vendors will call AXPONA participants and offer similar services. The AXPONA team encourages all participants to use the official vendors of the show. Please reach out to a team member in advance of ordering services if you have any questions. We are here to assist you in planning a successful show.

Phishing Scam – We are aware of an email and telemarketing phishing scam which appears to be an attempt to have you make hotel reservations under the pretense there are no more rooms available for AXPONA at any hotel but theirs. An example of this email is shown here.

      The Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel is sold-out.

      Please note the majority of hotel rooms (sleeping rooms) are used for the production of the show in a non-sleeping capacity.

      The limited hotel sleeping rooms that are available require a 4-night stay when they are available. Again, they are sold-out.
